Twice (acquired by eBay in 2015) helped customers acquire secondhand brand name clothing, so it was critical to seperate potential customers that were interested in just high end clothing from those that were open to buying it secondhand.

By using Hindsight to analyze the different behaviors that drove Twice's existing customers to visit, Twice was able to figure out distinguishing patterns and enhance their marketing campaigns by engaging a very niche segment of users with more effective marketing assets on the right sites.
